Wills, Powers of Attorney, Estates and Trusts

In its history, SteinLAW has drafted almost a thousand wills, powers of attorney, and trusts designed to smooth succession to our clients' estates.

Prior to preparing these documents, we interview our clients to obtain specific instructions on their needs and desires on the administration and distribution of their estates upon their demise and their substitute decision-making processes in the event of their incapacity. In certain situations, it is advantageous to establish inter vivos or testamentary trusts.

We then attend to the execution of these wills, powers of attorney and trusts, and storing them in our vault.

Upon the activation of any of these instruments, we give legal counsel to the estate trustees, attorneys and trustees who are called upon to carry out the wishes of the testators, donors and settlers who have entrusted them with their goals and needs.

We also apply on behalf of clients for Certificates of Appointment as Estate Trustee and counsel clients in administering estates.
