We incorporate companies both provincially and federally, negotiate, draft and enforce shareholder and partnership agreements, act for sellers and buyers in purchases and sales of businesses, represent both landlords and tenants in commercial leases, and service both borrowers and lenders in commercial refinancing.

Family Law

We counsel husbands or wives in matrimonial disputes, negotiate separation agreements where possible, and advance divorce applications were necessary.

Other Civil Litigation

We pursue other forms of civil and commercial litigation aggressively.

Wills, Powers of Attorney, Estates and Trusts

In addition we draft and attend to the execution of wills, trusts and powers of attorney on a daily basis, seek probate for and advise estate trustees with respect to deceased clients.

David Stein is also a trade mark agent, regularly applying for registration of trade marks, particularly on behalf of commercial clients.
